名人教英文：专业发烧友—buff
buff这个字，或会有人认定是美式英文，但不是呢，大西洋两岸的人都时时用，是指"one who is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about a subject"，「一个对一项事物不但热中，而且甚有认识的人」，亦即「有姿势有实际」，就像我们口语的「专业发烧友」。例如︰
he's a wine buff.
他懂得酒。
she's a cheese buff.
她对芝士很有认识。
we are all movie buffs.
我们都是电影「专业发烧友」。
作为一个wine buff，就要懂得all the wine-buff words，有关喝酒之道的专业用语。像喝红酒，会用上leathery（质感像皮革的）、oaky（质感似橡树的）等等。
