(BEIJING, June 16) -- Team China claimed three out of the total of four gold medals for women's individual finals at the French Artistic Gymnastics Championships & International Invitational Tournament which concluded today.Chen Fei and Jiang Yu-yuan participated in the vault competition, with Chen claiming the gold medal with 5.8 and 6.2-point difficulty movements. Jiang was deducted penalties for conducting a foul, but she still finished third.The gold medal of uneven bars went to Yang Yi-ling thanks to her choice of 7.7-point difficulty movement. She scored 16.825 while her teammate Jiang Yu-yuan finished second with 15.675.Jiang Yu-yuan proved luckier at floor exercise. She finished first with a score of 15.450, while her teammate Yang Yi-ling placed sixth.In the balance beam competition, Sui Lu and Yang Yi-ling both failed to contribute outstanding performances and missed the gold medal.
