Koalas who found themselves being cuddled by world leaders and their spouses.
Peng Liyuan, the wife of Chinese President Xi Jinping was one of the visitors to the Lone Pine Koala sanctuary on Saturday. The furry creatures also brought smiles to the faces of Vladimir Putin, Barack Obama, Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott, Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper and other leaders of the world’s twenty most powerful economies.
These bear-like marsupials were trained to become extra familiar with humans ahead of the G20 visit.
