“But you will not stamp out organised crime and to deter organised crime by the disciplinary code of FIFA, I mean, come on, this is not serious. I think what’s really sad is we are banning referees, players for life from being involved in football. And the criminals, you have one of them named, are out there for free, they get no sanctions, and I think that’s wrong."
