RIO DE JANEIRO, Aug. 28 (Xinhua) -- Udinese have completed the signing of midfielder Lucas Evangelista from Brazil's Sao Paulo.
The 19-year-old was sold to the Italian Serie A outfit for four million euros, Sao Paulo said in a statement on its official website.
The Brazilian club will receive 60% of the transfer fee with the remainder going to sports marketing firm Traffic.
Evangelista is the second Sao Paulo player to join European sides in less than a week.
On Tuesday Barcelona confirmed the signing of left-back Douglas on a five-year deal, also for four million euros.
Evangelista made 33 first-team appearances for Sao Paulo and scored two goals.
