BEIJING, May 24 (Xinhuanet) -- KT Tunstall and Luke Bullen's divorce has been finalised on the grounds of her "unreasonable behaviour".

Drummer Luke was granted a divorce from the 'Suddenly I See' singer at London's High Court on Thursday (23.05.13) in a hearing which lasted just 80 seconds, where District Judge Susannah Walker granted him a decree nisi after ruling the the marriage had "broken down irretrievably" due to the singer's unreasonable behaviour.
The judge added KT - whose real name is Kate Victoria Tunstall - "has behaved in such a way that the petitioner (Luke) cannot reasonably be expected to live with the respondent (Kate)."
KT, 37, met Luke in 2003 and married the 39-year-old backing musician in a lavish ceremony on the Isle of Skye in north west Scotland in 2008 before announcing their split in March 2013.
She previously said that tying the knot helped her stay grounded amidst the craziness of a career in the music business.
KT said: "I'm glad he's there to keep me on the straight and narrow when we're on the road. You can't be a mess in front of the person you love.
"Being married has been brilliant. It's been hugely liberating. You can waste a lot of energy wondering whether you're with the right person. Once you get married, that disappears."
The Scottish songstress shot to fame in 2004 with her debut album, 'Eye to the Telescope' which featured the hit single 'Other Side of the World'. The album eventually sold four million copies around the world and was certified platinum in the UK and US.
