A job talker is either someone who only talks about their job with anyone,at any time and in any place, and who has nothing better to talk about thantheir job, or someone who cannot stop complaining about his/her work wheneverthere is someone around.

For example:
I tried to hang out with Jim from accounting last week, the guy is a totaljob talker. All he did was talk about work for 2 hours.
