                         一个女大学生和两元的故事！

        在一次招聘会上，某著名外企人事经理说，他们本想招一个有丰富工作经验的资深会计人员，结果却破例招了一位刚毕业的女大学生，让他们改变主意的起因只是一个小小的细节：这个学生当场拿出了两块钱。　　人事经理说，当时，女大学生因为没有工作经验，在面试一关即遭到了拒绝，但她并没有气馁，一再坚持。她对主考官说：”请再给我一次机会，让我参加完笔试。”主考官拗不过她，就答应了她的请求。结果，她通过了笔试，由人事经理亲自复试。
　　人事经理对她颇有好感，因她的笔试成绩最好，不过，女孩的话让经理有些失望。她说自己没工作过，惟一的经验是在学校掌管过学生会财务。找一个没 有工作经验的人做财务会计不是他们的预期，经理决定收兵：”今天就到这里，如有消息我会打电话通知你。”女孩从座位上站起来，向经理点点头，从口袋里掏出 两块钱双手递给经理：”不管是否录取，请都给我打个电话。”
　　经理从未见过这种情况，问：”你怎么知道我不给没有录用的人打电话？”"您刚才说有消息就打，那言下之意就是没录取就不打了。”
　　经理对这个女孩产生了浓厚的兴趣，问：”如果你没被录取，我打电话，你想知道些什么呢？”"请告诉我，在什么地方我不能达到你们的要求，在哪方 面不够好，我好改进。”"那两块钱……”女孩微笑道：”给没有被录用的人打电话不属于公司的正常开支，所以由我付电话费，请您一定打。”经理也笑了，”请 你把两块钱收回，我不会打电话了，我现在就通知你：你被录用了。”
　　我问：”仅凭两块钱就招了一个没有经验的人，是不是太感情用事了？”经理说：”不是。这些面试细节反映了她作为财务人员具有良好的素质和人品， 人品和素质有时比资历和经验更为重要。第一，她一开始便被拒绝，但却一再争取，说明她有坚毅的品格。财务是十分繁杂的工作，没有足够的耐心和毅力是不可能 做好的；第二，她能坦言自己没有工作经验，显示了一种诚信，这对搞财务工作尤为重要；第三，即使不被录取，也希望能得到别人的评价，说明她有直面不足的勇 气和敢于承担责任的上进心。员工不可能把每项工作都做得很完美，我们接受失误，却不能接受员工自满不前；第四，女孩自掏电话费，反映出她公私分明的良好品德，这更是财务工作不可或缺的。”

I am so glad to be on the sofa. I think everyone can benefit from the story, especially the girl graduates. Nowadays i think girls suffer a lot in jobfinding just because of our gender, which is certainly unfair. Most people, when faced such things, maybe choose to give up and just complain. But this girl shows us how to show the real ability and personality.  I really admire her. She has the courage, resistance and determination,and most important, she has a kind heart, and she is so considerate of others. Now, please, try our best. Tell us, we can  do it.

A good salesperson should have three important qualities:quick reaction,high efficiency, and enthusiastic ,and enthusiastic service attitude.

"Never give up",is what the story tell me.
The girl can seek any chances to improve herself,which make her success in her jobhunting.
what she do is what a salesperson should have.
The old saying"where there is a will,there is way."

Don't mind to lose a job.Always be self-confident no matter what happened.
The girl was smart.She catch up every chance to improve herself.The good manner brings her a good job.
It told us that never look down yourself,you're what you think you are.

at the beginning, I thought the 2 dollars is the corruption. And I was thinking if 2 dollars are too less. But after finishing the article, it shows me the characterization of  the girl, like honesty and bravery.

I  think  the girl is honesty and nerviness, she is  my fetish, in the world compete very aboil every  one must study with the girl.

1.Our attitude toward life determines life's attitude towards us.
2.Always look at what you have left. Never look at what you have lost.
3.It's not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters.
4.Whether you think you can or whether you think you can't, you're right.
5.We can alter our life simply by altering our attitude of mind.

I admire the girl vevy much, because her spirit of diligency is very precise.
During the colleges in the present age, she is very excellent. I can learn more from her.
