If you have a chance to ask a foreigner some question, what you want to konw

I have this chance to ask  some forignors some question(no matter whatyou want to know),But i don't konw what i should ask is aptitude.Isthere somebody to gei me some suggestion ?

I konw your meaning ,but you don't understand me !  I means what is the right method to ask a foreigner ,in other words waht i should ask and what i should not ?
