SOFA, 以前老师讲过的.具体的我忘记了.

Under the Rose 玫瑰花下,指的是暗中进行的.

Under the Rose秘密地，私下地

The senator told me under the rose that there is to be a chance in the cabinet.
    一个议员秘密地告诉我，在内阁选举中有很多的“暗流“呢。
The matter was finally settled under the rose.
这事在私下里解决了。
Do what you like under the rose,but don't give a sign of what you're about...
在私下里做你喜欢的事，但是不要让别人知道哦。

私底下....

在玫瑰花下，指私底下，暗地里

一个参议员私下告诉我，内阁中会有一些改变。

这件事最终私了了。
