赢得声望, 获得荣誉, 获得冠军
eg：
1.Shakespeare won laurels in the dramatic world.沙翁在戏剧领域赢得了很高的声望。
2.The student gained laurels on the football field,as well as in his studies.学生们不但在足球领域中取得了好成绩，在学业方面也很出色。
3.Tom won the broad jump,but he had to look to his laurels Getting an A in chemistry almosst cause Mike to rest on his laurels。Tom在跳远比赛中取得了优异成绩，不过他得再接再励，争取在化学考试中得“优”，因为他可是老师眼中的好学生。（经常受到老师表扬的好学生。）
