i have to attend a exam , which will be held 15days later . and i just can't concertrated on the materials , that meam i can't understand what they are talking , yet i know the sketch . so , the problem is //////

i prefer someone lend me a hand , show me how to enhance my level as soon as possible . to pass the exam in urgency.

Rome not built in a day .
Listenig ability can not improve in a short time and must pratise often and also is very important to   improve other abilities .
Having a target in your mind to practice the listening  English and do it one step at  a time.
