There's nothing serious for the youth.Take it easy.
Sleeplessness is always caused by the excitation of the brain.So , every time before you go to bed, you'd better drink a glass of heated milk. It may decreases the activities in your brain and does good to sleep.
If this method doesn't work, you can try to read a certain book you think boring and tedious. Once you
are inclined to sleep, you should stop reading and try sleeping.
