Dialogue 1.
W: What’s the trouble?
M: I feel dizzy, and my whole body aches.
W: How long have you been sick?
M: Two or three days now.
Dialogue 2.
W: How are you feeling?
M: I kept feeling dizzy.
W: How is your appetite?
M: I’ve got no appetite? The sight of food simply turns my stomach. What’s wrong with me?
Dialogue 3.
W: So what’s your trouble?
M: I haven’t been feeling well lately. My biggest problem is that I am having trouble sleeping.
W: Have you been experiencing any other symptoms?
M: I’ve also had a lot of indigestion lately.
W: Well, you are a little over weight aren’t you?
M: Yes, I’ve gained about 7 kilograms this past year.
Dialogue 4.
W: I am suffering from insomnia and indigestion, besides I am gaining weight.
M: Let me examining you first. Do you get much exercise to lose at least that extra weight?
W: No, not very much.
M: Physical activity is very important to our health.
W: So what do you recommend, doctor?
M: I will give you some medication for your insomnia and your indigestion, but I also recommend that you should begin a regular exercise program.
