1) 凉粉 cold noodles
These cold noodles with really yummy Sichuan seasonings.
I think they're made of rice.
2) 菠菜 spinach
3) Eat your greens! 多吃蔬菜吧！
My mum always tell me "Eat your greens!"
4) 鱼香肉丝 shredded pork with garlic sauce
Shredded pork with garlic sauce is pretty good, but it's a little too oily for me.
4) 葱花饼 scallion pancake
5) 葱花 = scallion = green onion
Other than spicy fried green beans,scallion pancakes are my favorite Chinese food!
