(BEIJING, May 24) -- Zhu Yanmei of China won gold in the Women's 3000m Steeplechase at the Good Luck Beijing China Open athletics competition on May 24 with a time of 9:50.47 minutes. Second and third place went to her compatriots Li Zhenzhu and Zhao Yanni, who finished with times of 9:50.95 and 9:51.81 minutes, respectively. Zhao Yanni's time was a personal best in the event.
