(BEIJING May 23) -- Zhao Yanni from Shandong took first place with a time of 10:25.16 in the first heat of Round 1 of the Women's 3000m Steeplechase, which took place at 10:25 on Friday morning at the Good Luck Beijing China Athletics Open. Ji Yuan from Shanghai came in second with a time of 10:27.46. Liu Nian from Liaoning finished third with a time of 10:32.60.
