The drawing of lots for the 2008 Olympic basketball tournament will start at 5:30 p.m. on April 26 at the Olympic Basketball Gymnasium. Nine men's teams -- China, Spain, Angola, U.S.A., Argentina, Iran, Russia, Lithuania and Australia -- have qualified for the Olympics. The last three spots will be decided in mid-July after qualifying matches. Seven women's teams -- China, Australia, U.S.A., Republic of Korea, Russia, Mali and New Zealand -- have secured their spots at the Olympics; the other five teams will be decided after the mid-July qualifying matches.
