if anything与if anyone
1. if anything为习语，意为“若有什么不同的话”。如：
Her family, if anything, was richer than mine. 要说有什么区别的话,她家比我家有钱。
If anything, this coat is more expensive than that one. 如果有什么不同，那就是这件衣服比那件衣服更贵。
if anything也可以不作为习语使用，此时可按字面意思理解。如：
It would be a tragedy if anything went wrong. 如果出了什么事就是一个悲剧。
If anything had happened, he would have let her know. 如果发生了什么情况，他是会通知她的。
2. if anyone不是习语，通常直接按字面理解，即表示“有任何人”。如：
If anyone phones, I’ll be having a bath. 要是有人来电话，就说我在洗澡。
If anyone interrupted him he got angry. 如果有人打扰他，他就会生气。
