China's property developer Vanke has disclosed information on China evergrande's further acquisition plan of vanke a shares on Tuesday.
Vanke says Evergrande's aggregate consideration of the acquisition was approximately 14.57 billion yuan.
By 15 August 2016, China Evergrande have acquired on the market an aggregate of 752.7 million vanke a shares and has become one of the major shareholders for Vanke.
