Japan's leading telecommunication supplier SoftBank Group has decided to sell its majority stake in the Finnish mobile game maker Supercell to Chinese internet giant Tencent Holdings.
SoftBank Group anounced on Tuesday it will sell all of its 72.2 % stake in Supercell to Tencent, for an estimated amount of 7.3 billion US dollars. The deal will give Tencent a controlling 84 percent share of Supercell shares.
