A week after the deadly blasts in Tianjin, a ceremony has been held to remember the firefighters who lost their lives.
More than 80 local administration staff and 90 firefighters are paying tribute at a mourning hall set up to commemorate the firefighters who died in the blasts.
Many of those present worked for a very long time with those who were killed. Family members of the deceased firefighters and local residents also came to mourn.
"I feel very sad. For a long time, we faced dangers side by side and sacrificed for our country. Despite our sorrow, we also feel very proud of them. Since the first day we became firefighters, we were ready to sacrifice for our country," a Tianjin firefighter said.
