Bayern Munich continued their pre-season tour of China. The Bavarians had picked up a win in the opening game of the exhibition season, and were trying to make it two straight as the German champs faced Inter Milan in a pre-season friendly -- which was also a rematch of the 2010 Champions League final.
Midfielder Geoffrey Kondogbia suited up for Inter after joining from Monaco this summer. Bayern lost to Inter 2-0 in 2010, but the German Giants were definitely the better side in Shanghai. Thomas Muller had a few chances on the night but failed to convert.
Bayern didn't break the deadlock until 11 minutes from time. Mario Goetze broke clear and rounded the keeper for a cool finish. The goal proved to be the winner as Bayern edged Inter 1-0. Pep Guardiola's men then won the second straight friendly in China after thrashing Valencia 4-1 in Beijing Saturday.
