英语文摘:Symposium on quality dental care held in Brunei

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, May 2 (Xinhua) -- A symposium on quality dental care, organized by the Department of Dental Services and Ministry of Health organized was held on Friday.

Two hundred participants comprising dentists, dental nurses, dental hygienist and therapists and dental surgery assistants from Ministry of Health and Ministry of Defense attended the symposium themed "Developing the Dynamic Team."

The symposium aimed to increase awareness of the different skill-mix within the dental workforce and to encourage the spirit of teamwork with a series of lectures and programs lining up for the department.

A workshop was conducted to utilize the knowledge gained from the lectures.

The Dental Hygiene and Therapy Training Unit hopes that through this symposium, the participants will be able to adopt effective teamwork in pursuit of quality dental care.
