英语文摘:Cibeles Fashion Week returns to Madrid in February

MADRID, Nov. 26 (Xinhua) -- The Cibeles Fashion Week will return to Madrid at the end of February 2011.

The main forum for Spain's fashion designers will be held at the Feria de Madrid during Feb. 18-23 to offer an overview of the trends in Spanish design for the autumn and winter of 2011.

With an exhibition area measuring some 14,000 square meters, the fashion week will use a modern format, including two catwalks.

The six-day event will be accompanied by a range of activities, such as music, sampling sessions, make-up and beauty product trials and sales of fashion creations by young designers.

The last edition of the Cibeles Fashion Week, in September, attracted more than 60,000 visitors and featured the work of well-known Spanish designers such as Agatha Ruiz de la Prada and Roberto Verino.
