Lohan claimed her passport had been stolen when she was in Cannes, France, taking part in the Film Festival. The arrest warrant was later withdrawn after the actress' attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, posted a 10,000 U.S.dollars bond on her behalf so that Lindsay was not facing arrest when she returned.
The judge canceled a scheduled vacation so she could be at Monday's hearing.
Revel said she wanted the conditions of bail to include not drinking any alcohol until there is a formal hearing to determine if Lohan violated probation, wearing a device that monitors alcohol intake and undergo random drug testing at least once a week.
Lohan's career was interrupted in 2007 as two drunk-driving incidents and three visits to rehabilitation facilities led to several lost movie deals. She has attracted significant publicity, particularly surrounding her personal life.
