Olympian swimmer Michael Phelps told reporters in Manchester, England he was "wishing the best for Tiger."
"I'm wishing the best for Tiger and his family. At a time like this you see who your friends are. I will be the first to admit I have made a lot of mistakes in and out of the pool," Phelps said.
"But from the mistakes I have made I think I've become a stronger person. Someone told me you can make 1,000 mistakes as long as you never make the same one again. Everyone learns from them."
