Listen to the cooking instructions and fill in numbers l-6 for its sequence.

1.Rinse the fish.

2.Cut the fish into long strips.

3.Marinate the fish in l tea spoon cooking wine and salt and a pinch of white pepper for 15 minutes.

4.Coat the fish with one layer of dry flour.

5.Deep Fry the fish until it tu rns to brown.

6.Serve the fish with chili-soy dipping sauce.
