Everybody has the right to health and well-being. This means that everybody has the right to food, clothes, housing, and medical care.
人人有权享受健康和福利，包括食物、衣着、住房和医疗。

Everybody has the right to an education.
人人都有受教育的权利。

Everybody has the right to enjoy the arts and culture of their community.
人人有权自由参加社会的文化生活，享受艺术。

Everybody has the right to social and international order.
人人有权要求一种社会的和国际的秩序。

We have these rights, but we must use them in a way that respects other people's rights. This Declaration itself should never be used to destroy people's human rights.
我们享有这些权利，但是我们必须保证对旁人的权利给予应有的尊重。本宣言的任何条文，不得解释为破坏人权的行为。

voice 1: The truth is that many people all over the world do not experience all of their human rights. They struggle every day. Every nation experiences problems with human rights -- mine and yours.
