Chinese President Xi Jin ping arrived in Florida on Thursday for meetings with President Donald Trump. The two leaders are expected to discuss a range of issues at Trump's Mar-a-Largo estate.
Representative Devin Nunes is stepping aside from leading a congressional investigation of Russian interference into last year's presidential election, citing ethnics complaints that he mishandled classified information. Speaker Paul Ryan says Nunes should no longer lead the probe and that Texas Republican Michael Conaway will take over.
Under a torrential downpour, astronaut and former senator John Glenn was interred in Arlington National Cemetery on Thursday. Glenn, the first American to orbit Earth, died December 8th at the age of 95.
And as ultra-orthodox Jews in Israel prepare for the week-long Passover holiday, zookeepers are even helping their gorillas keep kosher. Gorillas and other animals are fed traiditional unleavened bread known as matzo as handlers observed the holiday.
