Donald Trump is denying allegations of sexual assault, calling them a vicious attack from the media and the Hillary Clinton campaign. Several women have stepped forward, claiming that Trump groped or kissed them without their consent. But Trump says he has evidence to disprove the accusations and will release it at what he calls the appropriate time.

First Lady Michelle Obama is weighing in on the controversy, saying Trump's cruel sexual comments captured on a 2005 video tape should not be seen as politics as usual.

Authorities say one person is dead, more than 40 others have been injured in a highway crash involving a charter bus and a tractor-trailer. The accident happened about 80 miles north of Atlanta.

The UN General Assembly has elected former Portuguese prime minister Antonio Guterres as the UN's next secretary-general. The vote was by acclamation. He will begin the job on January 1st.
