Jerson, congratulations for finding a job in this very tough economy. Hopefully that will be an inspiration to others. And what's your employer thinking not offering a retirement plan, so you are taking it on for yourself. My absolute favorite is a Ross account. That's a tax free retirement account where you're allowed to pump in $5,000 each year. That's the max. You knew a lot less if you want. In fact some companies will let you start to roll for a $100, others 50 bucks as long as you keep adding to it. Now the Ross is something that can be invested in just about anything you want to put your money into.
