Egypt's official news agency says a blast at Cairo's main Coptic cathedral has killed at least 25 people. The agency said Sunday's blast at St. Mark's Cathedral wounded another 35.
Defense Secretary Ash Carter met with Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi in Iraq on Sunday. His visit came as Iraqi security forces have been slowed in their nearly two-month-old offensive against the Islamic State group, which occupied Mosul for more than two years.
